    Do revisit the basics and some contemporary concepts of the field as the interview board usually tend to ask such things. Also since you are a post graduate, so you must have had written a thesis on some topic, so be prepared to tackle question related to that as well. These are things that i think can be asked, rest can add to this.

    Dear brother , you need to prepare almost everything related to physics. Which means whatever you have studied so far , especially related current affairs .
    Nobel prize in physics
    Lack of research in physics
    India's backwardness in science
    Engg vs core science
    Science congress , currently going on
    Basic physis principles , their applied use in Daily life and defence (missile tech , space tech , only basics nothing core )
    Why didn't you pursue career in higher research?
    Utilization of physics in defence , how ??
    Black hole theory, nano tube and its only applied part.
    Use of physics principles in cleaning envt , again applied only.
    Famous physics scientists from india and their contribution , only big fame .
    Patents from india , if it had been in news .
    And many more .
    But is it possible to know everything under the sky related to physics . Answer is Big No . Then what should be done .

    rules of tackling interview positively ;

    Be through with basics ( Hobbies, palace , background etc), so if an interviewer asks you from basics then you will be answering like you , yourself invented the same. Or you are the only one who owes it . It means , there should be adequate representation of firm dedication to same . If you manage answer to 4.5 questions in a row with enthusiasm and smiling face . Naturally you earn 3.4 lifelines to say a firm No on any question.

    Keep smiling, whether you answer or not. Don't overuse ummm, hmmm or like , you know , literally etc .These oldies hate such crap a lot . Better take pause (1.2sec), I know such pauses seems longer to speaker , but overall they benefit a lot. But above said Angrezpana , ruins everything .They are perfect sigh of shallowness. Strictly avoid them.
    More are coming :)
