I am sure m gonna get a lota hate speech for utilizing my freedom of speech.. Still will proceed ! As we al hav known d fate n condition of Chennai aspirants.. Having to give exam just a week after bearing the brunt of worst flooding in 100 years.. We request upsc to create a level playing field.. By wat ever means they consider it appropriate.. N dis is only if Chennai students enmasse have secured lesser on average selection levels in comparison to last 2-3 years! Chennai is a regional hub with many from across the south preparing here.. Tamilians n non tamilians alike. (Remember its a metro.. N we hav soo many wrkin aspirants too) so .. Shudn we write a letter to upsc regards this?? ( al those dear aspirants who wanted sum help for Chennai students seeking postponement please support.. Thanku
