LEKIN 2015 MEIN KAISE DENGE..
not in 2015.It means allowing in CSAT-qualifying regime that started in 2015.
Different people have been victimised in different ways in different years since 2011.Now govt will be under pressure to seriously consider allowing an additional attempt to all.
@all@gks@srimanbanerjee like many others, I also went through the entire order. Prima facie I found the following points beneficial for us:
1. For the first time, a judicial body accepted the CSAT-GS problem. Para 9 says "9. From the reply of the DOP&T, a view could be taken that the candidates, who were good in General Studies Paper-I, were put to disadvantage by introduction of Paper II (Aptitude Test)". I think Nigvekar Committee report has been used.
2. The DoPT has been directed to consider that with CSAT remaining qualifying paper can the entire 2011-2014 group be allowed another chance. (Para. 11)
Kudos to Avinash Mani and all other unsung heroes who have been fighting long for their rights.
