Can somebody try and attempt q26-27 from above? God dammit I am clueless, only answer I can think of is wait for new minister.

1> trying to convince. 2> find self-satisfaction: since, i did my job as a civil servant in a objective appraisal of the project. 3> The project preparation has been done. Then, Try to put in the "idea of project " in public domain. So, that someday in future (after your retirement/death or change in minister) it might be taken up. 4> move on with next assignment.
there are many such projects in GoI which are rich in ideas but not have been implemented to the true spirit or face opposition .

Dude, did u prepare for mech engg questions separately? When did u do B.Tech, general convention seems that they donot ask questions from background if its well past.

What i heard Alka sirohi is doing, she have Smartphone, check the things online at that instant and ask the question. earlier she use to have one diary where question from most of the engineering field were written. so now no ULLU banao.. [-X
@Maximus Just had an encounter with Alka last week She did not use smartphone as such, but there were many factual questions. Any idea how she award marks for an above average interview?
maybe not in ur interview, but in one of my friend as his specialization was in ocean and naval engineering =; about marks. past experiance says.. above average.
@maximas yeah true. even I heard the same 'n also abt her laptop stuffed with qns on specific engg domains:D abt marks, i found in the internet mostly she award less than 150. only 2 ppl I could find with more than 200. ie. around 60% (=180/300) seems pretty tough from alka's board!!!
