Update on Mr. Manbir Singh Board : He has been majorly asking IR related stuff to most people - given his background.
Update on Mr. Dewan's board : Has been asking technical and factual questions. Has been asking questions outside one's hobby area. Some friends have said that a member may ask - so your hobby is drama? "yes sir." "Do you listen to music?" And then a few questions on music.
Alka Sirohi Ma'am (experience from IFoS) often startles candidates by asking questions even before asking them to sit, but has an averaging tendency - neither too high nor too low.
David Sir has come up as among the highest marks awarding board member (IFoS interview)
Questions asked to a friend (Manbir Singh board)- what recently happened in Ganjam district, what is the KBK region in Orissa, what is the world record for solving a Rubik's cube, who invented sudoku, how is Kakuro different from Sudoku, what is the Israel-Palestine conflict all about, should India revisit its ties with ASEAN, what are the major political parties in Orissa, what is the Third Front all about, has India ever had a Third Front govt, why are there no Bollywood movies set in Orissa, who is Sudarshan Patnaik, explain the tenets of existentialism, what is the Charvaka school of philosophy about, who was Deen Dayal Upadhyay, name Isaac Asimov's most famous works, is there a new Star Wars movie coming out?
Hey, this is a great initiative and will be helpful for all of us. But 1 request- if it is possible, please mention the optional and state to which candidate belonged.. This will help us understand if questions asked were relevant to candidate's background or they were simply current affairs related. Thanks

Looks like Mr Dewan's board is the talk of the town everywhere! How about the usuals - Mrs Razdan and Mrs. Sirohi? Any updates on them?
