Anyway , just one suggestion. Let us not at all pass judgements on the answers to the question (not that it is happening right now). That way we can ensure that more people will be open to sharing their transcript. A lot of people wont put simply for the fear of being judged. Whatsay?

How will you do 2.You are a manager and one of your team member is not agreeing to your idea and the project is getting excessively delayed . He stops all your effort to negotiate with him and the project is stalled , what will u do
