  • Hmmm.. keeping nicest and most decent advices aside :|
This guy already is attracted towards her ( it’s a given)
He either try changing his behaviour or keep struggling, which again gonna take emotional toll and will affect his studies negatively.
Long term benefits it may carries . But in the long term we are all dead :p .
  • ^^ yes ... If it's one sided then run away...asap

Do not live in limbo by not asking...or talking on this issue...
Being in limbo will drain u from all sides...
Do not inferr things here... Know by asking... And then act accordingly... After knowing do not act as a jerk.. be decisive ... And be a gentleman...
  • From last few days, in coaching class I am getting attracted towards a girl....we will chat together, we will go for the chai after the class , we will exchange notes and consequently will talk along....Deep down, I know that it will be a catastrophe for me, given cut throat competition in this field but still I am not able to help me out. What should be my course of action from here on. please help me out. Also, please provide general points for avoiding attraction towards opposite sex at this age. Thanks in advance.
Bro don't heed to any of the advice of the some of the above comments suggesting you to go ahead and have relationship with this girl. Let me tell you that being in relationship is not a bad thing but managing two most important things (upsc and relationship) simultaneously will be most difficult.
  • Your cognitive thinking tells you not to get indulged into some romantic relationship. For certain reasons such as
    1. Relationships building need a lot of emotional investment. It’s a gradual process
    2. In the beginning everything will look green but there there are phases to any relationship. After peak period a downfall will start and again an upstart also but that downfall may coincide with peak period of your Upsc preparation
    3. Emotionally disturbed person can do all sort of physical activities except studies
    4. We come to know of successful cases only which managed study and love life but there are many others who couldn’t and we simply don’t or rather can’t know their status right now
    5. Most importantly close your eyes and feel what your sixth sense and conscience is saying ( but philosophy this is but it works :D )
    baki all the best :joy:
