@Dexter2601 I dont know the right way or how people make, but this is how I'm comfortable. Making it issue wise.. There was an editorial on 'Sinking Rupee' so I made it like this!
@oragne_black No, I dont use webclipper much.. Only for very rare/interesting articles.. I feel it overburdens me when I look at so many clipped articles..

Not much, Just noted down facts:
MSP serves as price signal to farmers and are issued by early June.
Kharif Crops: MSP to increase by 150% and to incentivise crops having high sugar recovery rate.
NITI Aayog has said: The responsibility should be of state regarding procurement, storage and disposal of crops with partial central assistance Pay farmers difference between Market price and MSP Involve private agencies in procurement procedure

But, doesn't all this kill a lot of time. I have a habit of trying to look into the background as you have mentioned, but how do you mange with the background info? Do you look for the details simultaneously as you read the paper or do you allot a different time slot for it?
Just check 1-2 websites not infinite number of tabs for research on a topic. Jitna samjh me aaya usko note karlo, PhD nahi karna h topic pe. Jab paper padho tabhi ke tabhi dekhlo side by side Varna Baad me dekhne k time kaafi extra time chala jata hai. Mere saath toh Aisa hi hua.

One more point as I have read earlier in newspaper - Pay farmers the price difference between market rates and MSP without any crop procurement --> Best suitable options as adopted in developed countries and didn't breaches the rules of WTO (food security norms)

@oragne_black if you are hell bent on evernote premium they have referral program , make fake email id's , use tempmail, register on evernote , use your referral code , change your IP every time you register. had done this few years ago, not sure about now.

Secularism - political so of no use for upsc Iran - If you have prior knowledge then no use else you can prepare it well like after reading just type india-iran relation upsc, some coaching wala must have dissects it very well, go through it and ur iran from IR perspective is complete, no need to go through it in future unless there is some significant progress/dev happens..
