@Thor : I ll advise you not to do that just 5 days before your exam. That is why I stopped answering here. Read your own answer after a day and you can improve things. All I would say is good answers and Good luck! :-B
Even I was surprised by the ATT question for 250 words, as there are only 3 points to contest and I have no other matter to write. I am not so sure how one can write for 250 words on these 3 objections.
Given Synergy hints have come, I will have a look.
Ya overshooting word limit is bad, But Clinical trials - issues, need and betterment in 150 is too tough. maybe i could have overshot by 50-60 words at max but 180-200 words is bad.
After writing the answer I wondered the same, but I did not want to exercise the option of Edit, I only use it to rectify spelling mistakes done due to typing. I feel given we don't have edit or backspace in exam, I feel we need to be more cautious.
I was wondering on where to focus, the govt. part of issues with rapid unplanned urbanisation. As you sid i needed to concentrate on crime, amenities, Slums, Health, sanitation etc.
Well, I was reading in Yojana - Urban co's exploit migrant labour knowing their poverty and vulnerability and being on the fringe. I am not so sure how they have better earning potential till there is some sort of wage protection in place.
Reading and Revising Science, I was bored and hence ventured into this. Anyways will pay heed to your advice. Now, I am back to finish my current affairs.

Exploitation, Vulnerable - all agreed. But urban slum dwellers can (or rather should) never have wage protection. The basic objective of SGGRY (NRLM) was to provide wage supplement as well as SHGs facilities to the existing agricultural earnings while NREGa provides 100 days employment to unemployed. the reason being disguised employment in rural india.
However, SGSRY differs from these two as it deals with just encouraging SHG creation and doesn't deal with income distribution even if in guise of social asset creation. The solution as you'd know lies in productive and gainful employment rather than these unsustainable economic measures.
4.In your opinion, why has India’s GDP growth slowed so much, from nearly 10% year on year in 2010-11 to 5% today? Was annual growth of almost 8% in the decade from 2002 to 2012 an aberration? Critically examine. 25M, 250W
I mean I can write it well but wanted to know what all points need to be focussed on.
@Thor In your first answer, (1) I don't think you were needed to write all those schemes. You could save your time & space in exam by avoiding extra details. You have to just tell why do you think urban poors are more deplorable, if you think so. (2) In the socio-economic impact part, what you have written are essentially the impact of rural-urban migration, not urbanisation.
Well, i was being too critical while assessing your answer. I don't know how much critical 'they' become while they check answers

I can't really understand the third question. Can you please tell the source of third question? In my view, instead of asking of relevance of clinical trial, it should ask about the relevance of 'Drugs & Cosmetics Amendment Bill, 2013'.
