Mains centres are listed in the UPSC notification itself...u have to fill your centre while u fill the application during CSP...
now it is not open for amendment...whatever has been filled by you during CSP application will be considered as ur Main…

In the marksheet, penalty marks are shown separately as deducted.
Yes sir, I did write a little bit outside margin in gs 3. Think thats the reason for penalty.
File a RTI abt the same u will get the reply...…
Backup is needed for a stable state of mind.
If you have sound family background and family is ok with you going for further attempts then go for it.
If not then first work on backup.

The most important is point no 7 nishkam karma. Do hard work, this will boost confidence but also get ready for rejection.

We never focus on how to write a well focused composition...All we do during answer writing is vomit out points. Biggest mistake according to any well educated man.
