Bhai even if committee submits is report in March changes will not come into effect from 2016.. This is what govt is planning and is also one of the recommendations to give ample time.. But if we don't do something concrete then the mail which we sent earlier regarding 2015 injustice will go waste... Start what we intended to do to get one extra attempt in 2016.. before notification is out... Baswan is of a very limited help for us try to understand...

1) Seventh pay commission has only recommended a pay hike of 15 percent. This is bound to rise discontent in the salaried class. Salaried class can relate to the core concept of this movement (Attempts and Age). This can be channelized into the thought process of the movement.
