Pro's -5 minutes from Ramesh Nagar metro station. -Ideal room for self study, as it's peaceful and good locality( previous guy fixed an a.c , but I bought a cooler) -no direct sunlight so stays relatively cool during summer -Small personal balcony and larger one in the same floor -Many parks nearby, infact ideal area for running as many parks nearby -kitchen is attached to the adjacent 2bhk in the same floor which is common. Cook is available. - no water problem AT ALL. Even owner himself switch on motor in morning and water is very clean unlike Karol Bagh areas.
Cons -No library nearby ( so one who studies in room should prefer) -Two month's security instead of one(i.e 10666)
Rent is 16k/3 i.e 5333 plus water and electricity ( which is dirt cheap as the floor had independent connection of both, we 3 guys pay 700 electricity max combined with 3 cooler running) Address 2A/58 2nd floor
