Nitish game is this...save your image right now because that's the priority otherwise BJP may slide in people's imagination...at the same time by joining NDA and ensuring lalu and family trapped in the noose of CBI and ED...then Bihar will be left for him only...at the time of election make some solid caste and political alliance with other ever vulnerable parties and dump BJP....but I think Nitish has been playing smartly in his own for years...some day shah will show him his place....who is the Boss.
but dont u think this will depend on 2019 numbers too , for the BJP? suppose they sweep bihar, but UP? grand alliance there? entire north india is saturated with BJP in 2014... so repeating is going to be difficult esp with MP and rajasthan... actually its going to be like a story unravelling slowly with elections...
But honestly i wish BJP doesnt come next time with outright majority...(sorry iam biased )
Karnataka, AP is going to be important... MH is not going to be a repeat definitely... odisha surely would be a gain for bjp...entire NE in pocket but only about 22 mps on the whole of which 14 from assam itself where clean sweep is not going to be easy...
i agree lalu over estimated himself.... his game is up... but then they cant go too much after him.... sympathy might show up??
regarding amit shah... yes definitely more chalbaaz than modi i suppose....but his entire political career is based on modis success now, do u think he would be next in line after modi...

honesty those who hate RW when they analyze events related to BJP and predict future of BJP ..i simply find that preposterous and funny at the same time.
I dun remember even a single man in your league including ilks of Amartya sen, p bhanu mehta, ashutosh varsney, and Guha...who has predicted future (even a single event)of BJP in past 4/5 years with proper analysis!!!
I have followed dozens of intellectuals and 100s of media persons in last 5/6 years and I know they just don't know even an iota about BJP and it's voters. I have written my opinion and predictions to Ram Guha at 2012 only..majority of them coming true...
I hope you don't mind me saying I don't give much importance to the opinions of traditional BJP haters...about the BJP and it's future..I have my own understanding and predictions of right wing polity in this country.
