In this article legal and constitutional both are right..it says article 326 provides for rtv and rtc both..but rtv is constitutional and rtv is legal..
To diffuse the situation created by unprecendnted protest by civil services aspirants.... government has suspended 6 MPs to distract attention frm protest.
MPs suspended are also accused of holding belief that cabinet is responsible to people when cabinet members are stubbornly refusing that they are in any way responsible to the people.
