Swaraj is my birth right and I shall have it...said Tilak. This slogan was also given exactly 100 years back. That's why UPSC asked it. UPSC wants to check our inter-subject analytical skills. Now let's analyse. Swaraj gave way to democracy in India which provided for right to vote. So, if we connect all the dots then Right to Vote should be Birth Right. Now Birth Right is not in the options provided, so you have to dig a little deeper. Life on earth is due to nature. Sex is not only a biological need but a natural instinct as well. So your birth right is in fact your Natural Right. Answer should be Right to Vote is Natural Right.
The way it started I actually read the post twice with extreme sincerity. Fuu

In India, the right to vote is provided by the Constitution and the Representation of People’s Act, 1951, subject to certain disqualifications. Article 326 of the Constitution guarantees the right to vote to every citizen above the age of 18.
