  • Already left PA after shocker in Dec 2014..
  • To be honest, i had decided to leave Pub Ad in the break itself after writing paper-1. Now i am happy with the new optional. Atleast, i am not feeling insecure during the preparation.
  • i have left this optional and i can bet on this that "pub ad era" is still too far for us

my feelings exactly...i stuck to pub admin despite apprehensions in 2012 and missed final list due to the optional
the situation was repeated in 2014.(even worse could not clear mains)

now taken up sociology.i am at least sure of getting minimum marks
also there are no surprises with syllabus or even the past questions.
it also helps in essay and gs papers to some extent.

wish i had done it earlier.
