  • surprisingly, mam at 8.30 said about sure que from hannah, and it was in 2014 paper.

  • surprisingly i asked about Buddhist tradition at 4:35 yesterday and there was a question on that. see i have vp verma, padhy and mp singh all three books but on where they have mentioned buddhist tradition and regarding dharmashastra vp verma say in bits and pieces but im confused as it include only Manu or will we have to read valmiki and vyas and narada as well?
  • buddy i have just started with psir. no background.
told yoy what mam told me .
    take care.
  • engg. and pol sc optional.....so enlighten me too....and do i have to buy all that books....????
  • @rookie94 and other fresh engg background aspirants: PSIR is very interesting but vast as well. I found Western political thought very interesting and that's why I took up the subject (decided it as late as August last year) but managed around 190 marks in CSM 13 and ofcourse didnt qualify. I will only urge you not to worry about the syllabus because in the end you will be cover most topics and Pol sc and GS will compliment each other.

mam explained the full syllabus in a simpler note.
start is due with indian political thought.

room is very tiny ,didn't expected such huge amount of students going for pol sci.
majority of them are ba/ba+ma in pol sci.

  • @Ruchinjaggarwal01 ...aap konse batch me he?
    morning 8 o clock ..
  • @gramskii it all depends on your interest, smart work and luck.ive seen people with engg/med background clearing with psir.
also ,in class ,many post grads in pol sci were asking things that looked too silly to even a guy like me who ,on the name of pol sci ,has done laxmi and gauba only .
@ruchinjaggarwal01 chair arrangement was like a csat que of upsc..!
no venue change as of yet .ill talk strictly to management on mon about this.
