There is no justification for different papers when the exam is held simultaneously across the country!
It was definitely not justified setting one of the papers real easy and others tough but the reason behind using different papers is if the paper was leaked in one city no need to conduct re-exam all over the country, saves a lot of money, time... which is valid IMO...
FYI i too think NR region Math paper was B.S, i am from SR only got NIP even though i did very well...
Two sets of paper can be set as a hedge against paper leak but why have such a substantial difference in the level of paper?
Moreover, paper can get leaked in any centre then why not set different Papers for different centres?
UPSC does not do this stunt. They conduct the exam efficiently without any leak. The incumbent chairman of ssc was secy upsc before coming to ssc, then why can't ssc conduct the exam efficiently?
Moreover when we look at the marks pdf we can see that almost everyone in delhi scored more than 140-50 in maths. This clearly indicates something is seriously wrong with ssc. And if someone goes to court the exam is bound to get cancelled.
@saga29 : the truth is before everyone yet nobody is complaining . No use of ethics classes . Usually delhites used to go to court and since this time it is in their favour they are mum and basking in their glory . Moreover if you say something all delhites unite and say that it is their hardwork and nothing to do with SSC's easy paper.
Seems like everyone in delhi is hardworking and super intelligent while rest of the india has dumb candidates.
@sherdil : bhai I have travelled numerous times to delhi from punjab . Punbus buses are cool ! Either take a train or board Punbus at night and reach delhi in the morning , give exam and board punbus again in the evening and reach punjab .
But i would suggest you to take Punbus AC bus only preferable their volvo.
Interview posts : NR region - 5200 Delhi region alone - 4000 CR region - 973 Allahabad alone - 162 Total 8000
Non-interview posts NR region - 4000 Delhi Region alone - 3000 CR region - 1300 Allahabad alone - 227 total - 7000
It seems in the super populated CR region that comprises of UP and Bihar we are running out of intelligent people. Only 973 selected out of 8000 ! and even in NIP only 1300 out of 7000 ! Allahabad that has 2nd highest population involved in Civil services preparation doesn't hold close. OR SSC is biased towards NR region .... gives easy paper in Delhi. Out of the total 15000 posts (IP + NIP) 7000 are from Delhi alone and 9200 from NR region alone. It seems even other centres of NR region are not having that much benefit as Delhi region !
CR region guys time to wake up. Go and fill Delhi as centre from SSC 2016 onwards if you did not do it in 2015 and 2014.
Everyone can find out the above details himself. All roll numbers like this 1601xxxxxx are from Chandigarh. 2201xxxxxx are from Delhi alone. The starting 4 digits denote the centre of the candidate. It can be seen below :
That is the truth bro ! But since Forumias has lots of Delhites/people giving exams from delhi so nobody makes any noise agaiinst this grave injustice.
