I practised csat paper a lot to score good but now sinceit doesnt matter I have to change my approach. I skipped environment ecology biodiversity climate change. Now tell me what to read for these topics. Also 8 to 10th ncert are enough for science.
1. All the NCERT books from Class 6th to Class 12th; 2. Certificate to Physical Geography - G C Loeng. 3. Human Geography and Economic Geography by - G C Leong; 4.Indian Geography by Khullar ; 5.TMH GS manual - Geography ( India and World Both ); 6. If required then I also studied few topics from Wikipedia .
2) History and Culture -
1. All the relevant NCERT books ( you also must be knowing them ) ; 2. Spectrum book by Rajiv Ahir ( only for Modern India , but since now a days questions from Modern India do not come too much in number , only 2-3 questions come from this part , so if time does not permit then one can also leave this portion ); 3. The Penguin History of Early India : From Origins to 1300 AD - Romila Thapar ; 4. A Wonder that was India - A L Basham ; 5. Gazetteer Of India , Volume 2 - by Publication Division , Ministry of Information and Broadcasting ; 6. Few Articles from Wikipedia .
3). Environment -
1. Ecology and Environment - PD Sharma ; 2. Biosphere: A Geography of Life - Dr Samuel Thomas and K Siddhartha ; 3. Environmental Studies : From Crisis to Cure - R . Rajagopalan ; 4. The Hindu and Times Of India Newspaper - environment section ; 5. Few Articles from Wikipedia and Website of Ministry of Environment , Forest and Sustainable Development . 6. Down To earth magazine ; 7. I read most of the Articles on Agriculture and Forestry from Wikipedia

1. Indian Polity - M Laxmikant; 2. Governance in India - M Laxmikant; 3. Indian Parliament - Subhash Kashyap ; 4 . All the relevant NCERT books ;
