I don't think so there is a need for reapplying. I have applied with a fake profile with fee remission ,it thrown me the same message. may be many ppl have not noticed that error....

in case of multiple submissions only the form with higher registration id and the details related will be considered by upsc mate....
I didn't get any acknowledgement from UPSC through email. Can any one help me out whether I need to reapply. I already applied once before this one. :^o
this is why i think they should keep the option of offline submission as well....the online system,due to improper servers is giving errors and people are getti9ng nervous....they should try to sort this out as students have a lot more to worry about than whether their form will get rejected due to some error in teh system
Just now called up UPSC and spoke regarding this. He was saying that yesterday was a holiday so that might be the reason for acknowledgement getting delayed. He also said that I can reapply, there is no limitation on that, but asked me to wait for two more days... One more thing that I wonder about is sunday holiday for upsconline website.

how can a website server have holiday on sunday....dont think that would be the case..but as he has said,you can apply again if you are unsure..i did the same as after the payment the page asking me the centre didnt appear....
