You should also send the copy of the Attestation Form duly filled in along with six photo-copies thereof duly signed in ink with a passport size photograph ( 4 c.m.X 5c.m.approx.) pasted on each of them, direct to the Desk Officer (AIS-I), Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, North Block, New Delhi-110001 within 10 days from the issue of this letter. Kindly note that these Attestation Forms will not be accepted at the Commission’s Office.

Last year I submitted my attestation form after my interview.. This time is it mentioned anywhere that we should send it early?
no need to worry they just keep on collecting and finally those selected they bother to check their only so even if it reaches before result it won't create problem.
PS nowhere it is written in case of non submission within 10 days ur candidature will be cancelled.

Really don't DoPT tracks "when a eSummon letter" was issued and "when your mail came". As long as its before your interview date or even soon after, it should be fine.

Or u can take the form from ur friends and fill and get it attested in the mean time..

Once u get the intw date, u can send it to the DoPT...
Even if it takes more time, there is nothing to worry about.
Just see that it reaches DoPT before u attend interview...
