Yea, everybody knows upsc doesnt release marksheet before the final process . But ,that cant become the last rule without any logic . If we can write UPSC or call them ,they could release non selected fellows mark sheet .Which would allow us to evaluate our mistakes in time being .Otherwise , given already late in procedure our marks wont come before 15th july .Which , i think wont serve the its purpose . See, it can be done . ohhhh common ,its not 2010 or 2011 where you could arbitrarily sit on it without any reason .Sala un marks ka achar daloge kya udhr ?

another wants them to release copies of answersheets through RTI,
UPSC doesnt work like that , for that you will have to become chairman of upsc.
It is an autonomous (until political masters interfere) they may cite any reason to justify their actions.

it says following
mark-sheet of candidates who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission�s Website within 60 days from the date of publication of Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2008 result, and will remain available on the Website for a period of 60 days.
its 2015 ,sadly we have to be the same !
