My flat mates are moving out by march 31st (tentative date). 2 rooms will become vacant.
Location : Lakshmi nagar. Approx 8-9 mins walk from metro station.
Description: It is 3 BHK with 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom has geyser installed). The hall and the rooms are spacious. As per my back of the hand calculation the covered area is 1150 square feet. The flat has some extra fittings that we have got done- such as large mirrors in bathrooms, wifi (unlimited at 400 Rs per head per month) and some other amenities for comfort.
Expenses: Rent of flat 17400 divided between 3 ppl is Rs 5800 per head. other expenses per month are- 400 for wifi, approx 500-600 electricity bill. Rest depends on you if you want to hire a cook, and ration etc .. Standard rate for cook is 800 rs per head. Ration even when you ve sumptuous meals comes to about 2000 rs per month. Overall Minimum expenses would be 9-10k total.
Since I am already staying here you would not be required to pay brokerage. So if you were looking to shift, it could be a good opportunity. The guys moving out would expect security - i.e. 5700 per head.
