In the sc judgement it says "government was both judicially and statutorily bound to comply with the NCBC decisions" Judicially : because of credibility of the body, have retired judge as chair of ncbc
But imo is recommendations are only advisory? Please give ur views. Thanks
NCBC is a statutory body and tenders "advice" to the Central Govt on the complaints dealing with the inclusion/exclusion of castes into the Central OBC list.
