Its a bit tragic that we celebrate our heroes after their deaths and mock them when they are alive trying to change the system. D K Ravi's death needs to be investigated. But, more importantly, we need to protect and help those who are fighting against criminals and corrupt today.
Why such a hurry to close the thread? There are so many things to unravel at least the police investigation, keeping everyone updated.

Yaha har koi CSE clear karne ke padhai kar raha hai ....ye saari baato pe zyada behes tab hona chahiye , jab hum kuch ho jaaye .....Uske pehle baat karne se NAA to Politicians ko , NAA Bureaucrats ko , NAA Honorable court ko , NAA Constitution ko, NAA kisi aur ko----1 % bhi fark NAHI padne wala hai....

I have a batchmate in IAS who was telling me how insiders leak the info to these sand mafia when he tries to take a bigger force to raid.
He then decided to go out alone with his driver at night without informing anyone. To counter this, the mafia folks installed their puppets outside/ nearby his house (at chai shops etc) to check on any vehicle leaving the bungalow.
In any case, He has been able to nab a few of the trucks and take them to nearby "dhabas" and then call up police but I can see how this cannot be a full proof way
If sand mafia linkage is true here in this case, then its like a "ghost of the christmas past" for all IAS officers who take up on these goons.
That's the tragedy of working in any developing country. For every honest and brave officer, you have a dozen who are cowards, 2 dozen corrupt and hundreds of those who have vested interests. It's very easy to poach a few into being backstabbing insiders.
And yes, absolutely agree with above, "Kuch nahi badalne wala."
Really liked Arnab Show today. The way he grilled Banglore police commissioner was excellent. I mean how can they file an FIR citing suicide with personal reasons, they could have filed as a suspicious death or suicide with unknown reasons as no suicide note was found. RIP DK RAVI IAS
For all those who think, discussing this is a stumbling block in their "CSE ki padhai" can always 'dismiss' this thread. Its not a national obligation to come here and give pravachan.
