bhai optional parity thing,already was informed in forum way back.n yes delay of week or so was expected. rest let's see..my insider info..still the same,regarding cut off,scores of optional etc..results date. it was just tried to call..upsc..know wat they say..so called

yes bhai..after news tat results last week march..extended leave by week..planning fie kerala..thoda break bhii mill jayyegaa...but this results things are too dicey...anyways I m.confident... will leave kerala.
