Interview me aksar ye poochte hai ki last book you read.. I do not habit of reading books and the few books I have read are politically incorrect like Das capital, God's delusion etc.. agar book aisi nikli jo interviewer ne bhi padhi ho to achha mahaul set hota hai.. Plz suggest some non-fiction books that I should read fro interview.. book jyada moti nai honi chahiye and popular honi chahiye..
the idea of justice... chaiye ho toh mere paas e-book padi hai...i can mail it to you.
@Mandark the behavior of genuine insiders is somewhat like that only.. they are never present 24/7 on the forum and give out info only when they are absolutely sure.. I can tell u, as result day comes closer @Varshaupsc will certainly come out and give the authentic info for which most of us are waiting, just like how it happened at the time of prelims result..
@akshayray9 bhai isme bhi thoda trick hai ye block 30 yrs ke liye diya ja raha hai so suppose after 30yrs even if price 3 times than CIL now us samay atleast 3 times cheaper hoga. media adha adhura khichdi bana ke lata hai aur pura confuse kar deta hai )
I might be wrong but this is how I understood it ...
Bhai concessanaire agreement mein formula rehta hai. Ye formule mein fuel cost daalna lgta hai.uske baadmein formula batata hai ki tarriff kitna rehna chahiye
Reverse auction hoga to company to govt kam paise mein block milega. Aur block lowest bidder ko milega.lowest bid floor price se start hogi e.g. if floor price is 200per tonn then someone will bid 150 other will bid 100 then the block will be given to 100 wala guy.lowest bidder ko milega matlab usko kam se kam paise mein coal extract karna lagega. Iska matlab extraction cost kam rahegi(it can even b zero if aggressive bidding takes place, why it can be zero?= bcoz generation companies or their subsidiaries themselves can take up the job sothat there is consistent production and input of the coal to the power plant )
Kam paise mein block milega matlab fuel cost kam hogi.Fuel cost kam hogi to formule se kam tarrif niklega...
:bz
exactly bhai add to it electricity act jisme regulator price fix karega fuel cost to generation (jiska formula aapne bola) isse benifit janta ko jayega.
Haan , seems they have got brains now..
CAG took 275rupees per tonn as the base value. But auction has shown skyrocketting revenues. It should not happen that cost of cement produced is so much that growth of our construction decreases to unaustainable level.. (Sala fir civil engineer aur architecture engineero mein UPSC ka craze badh jayega)
bhai reverse bidding me end price ko lete hain.. end prices are already fixed with PPAs.. so cannot be changed.. Thats why bidding is not done with end prices in mind but with cost of mining coal.. Now you saying ki this mining cost would reduce the end prices? How? If end price can be changed then why not use it for biding ust like we did in case of UMPPs? and for cement and steel, prices cannot go much higher.. because there is already surplus..forward bidding in this case is justified..

Or Argumentatibe indian Very good book
Argumentatibe indian padha 1-2 chapter.. did not find interesting.. though thanx for suggestion..
@guest bhai isko UMPP se confuse mat kijye read it along electricity act how regulator decide the price to consumer based on cost of generation to how generator will sold to state electricity board etc. then only you will get correlation.
