Mppsc second optional - economics , need some idea how to prepare in 10 days

Hi friends,

I am giving mppsc mains , which will start from 23 March, I have my first optional sociology, which I have prepared well for this year upsc mains.
But I have opted for Eco as second optional as I am comfortable in Indian economy and have management background, so fair knowledge of micro economics I also have. Please enlighten me how should I prepare for below mentioned syllabus in limited time I have. Also I am hopeful for interview call from upsc , so should I waste my time and energy for mops can, considering it might get cancelled later. Please enlighten me on this too.
