Is feminism strengthening women's position in society by organizing their demands, or is it hurting their self confidence at a basic level with presumption of women's weakness w.r.t men? Is it a binding force among women or a force that divides women from mainstream of society and instill a sense of anger against all males, even males in their family?
Vaise neither i am a supporter of Feminism nor do I have anything to do with all these women empowerment issues.......I have nothing to do with womenfolks and their issues and matters .
but one thing I can tell you buddy, ------Is thread pe acche khaase comment aane wale hain ..... =D> =D>
whenever a movement starts to counter oppression it tends to go to an extreme before stabilizing. feminism is currently at this point. and anyhow feminism is often misinterpreted. try reading on google, and quora, infact read something yesterday.
We believe that this debate can go on as an academic exercise. We're all grown adults here. However, any uncouth behaviour would invite reprimand and any major transgression would invite a ban.
"Dushmani jam kar karo par itni gunjayish rahe, ki phir kabhi hum dost ban jayein to sharminda na hona pade."
My views are just too controversial and I do not want unnecessary fights by exercising by unlimited but yet somewhat restrained freedom of speech ... I would ask moderators to close this thread as this would demoralize a lotta women who cannot handle the ugly truth
..., or is it hurting their self confidence at a basic level with presumption of women's weakness w.r.t men?
I don't know where you get your views on feminism, but you probably want to revise your sources. I don't believe there is a single feminist true to his ideology who would make such a ridiculous claim.
Rights always accompany duties but feminists never talk about women's duties: there are women's rights and men's duties to accomplish women's rights, but there are never men's rights and women's duties to accomplish men's rights.
Feminists are not interested in individuals' rights but just on women's rights even if violate basic human rights . Take abortion: there is no room for thinking of the child rights in the feminist agenda, but only for the women's reproductive rights. Property rights are relevant only when it's about a woman owning a property; but when it's woman's husband who owns a property, property rights become property-sharing rights or alimony rights. And Working rights become, for feminists, pink quotas and completely detached from skills and merits.
I have nothing to do with womenfolks and their issues and matters .
I don't comment here often, and would never like to get personal with anyone, but this is a very insensitive remark. Perhaps you were not conceived in your mother's womb but grown in a Petri Dish in a Laboratory. Or maybe you are a Droid from the Star Wars Universe.
