@shazzz bro Upsc is trying to improve the quality of recruits by reforming selection process, calling it attayachar is wrong. You are welcome to stop ur pursuit anytime for civil services. Upsc wont suffer. We all are going through this phase and creating hype wont help any of us. Have patience and request you to maintain positive atmosphere around. @abhijeet357 dude...this thread it intended to share some jokes and humour on the delay of the notification.....not to discuss the delay itself(which is aggressively discussed in other thread )..... i sincerely feel that too much of worry(resulting in hairfall apart from skyfall) is of no use.....its better we take it easy and joke abt it.......
@Bharat sensationalism or nagging isn't the objective of creating this thread......i believe we must try to strive to be positive .....challenge of clear CSE was there and will be more or less same even if the pattern changes.....
btw...this is thread is purely intended to joke abt it....ntng else.....
the real reason for the pattern change is unearthed.......what pushed upsc to go for it is an inspiring essay wrritten by an ias candidate on the topic the indian cow....have a look...and enjy.....
"He is the cow. The cow is a successful animal. Also he is four footed. And because he is female, he give milks, but will do so when he is got child. He is same like-God, sacred to Hindus and useful to man. But he has got four legs together. Two are forward and two are afterwards. His whole body can be utilised for use. More so the milk. Milk comes from 4 taps attached to his basement. Horses do not have any such attachment. What can it do? Various ghee, butter, cream, curd, why and the condensed milk and so forth. Also he is useful to cobbler, watermans and mankind generally."
"His motion is slow only because he is of lazy species. Also his other motion (gobar) is much useful to trees, plants as well as for making flat cakes like Pizza, in hand, and drying in the sun. Cow is the only animal that extricates his feeding after eating.... His only attacking and defending organ is the horns, specially so when he is got child. This is done by knowing his head whereby he causes the weapons to be paralleled to the ground of the earth and instantly proceed with great velocity forwards."
"He has got tails also, situated in the backyard, but not like similar animals. It has hairs on the other end of the other side. This is done to frighten away the flies which alight on his body whereupon he gives hit with it....''
It goes on for a few sentences more in similar vein, and "We are reliably informed that the candidate passed the exam and is now an IAS officer somewhere in Bihar.''
@shishir bro...reading pattern change thread can make somebdy lose his head wid one comment confirming d change and other after that refuting it...... All i can say that we are on for a ride.... #:-S
