I have a 2BHK flat in Neb Sarai near Saket Metro station. Both bedrooms are occupied, hall is available from 1st of April.
In total there are 2 bed rooms, 1 hall, a balcony, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets; 1 Indian, 1 western.
Flat is well-ventilated, neat and clean, location is nice and peaceful, best for self study, near IGNOU campus, 2 km from Saket Metro station, well connected, building is newly built, Flat in first floor, all purpose market is nearby, a large open roof available. Parking for 2-wheeler/4-wheeler available. Wifi is available on sharing basis, No brokerage! Functional kitchen.
Rent is rs 3834 per head!
My optional is Hindi Lit. Other guy has Philosophy.
