Cut-off marks CSM-Mains-2014?

Last year cut-off for CSM was 560 around, this year i think cut-off wud be less due to following reasons.
1-> no. of seat is more this year
2-> two essay this time
3->question paper was relatively tough in all the gs-paper
4->optional paper was more or less similar like as last year i.e general type and some tough type e.g PubAdmin or Geography
5->very less time b/w pre-exam and mains exam

As far my prediction is concerned, i think this year cut-off for mains cud be around 510-520.
