CL test series is going to commence from march 29...and as expected they have further increased their fees which now stands at 10k...and that too as an earlybird offer (valid till jan5) ..only god knows what they are going to charge after that..
Friends is it worth to join or I should practice the paper at home after getting it from book store...Does exam like condition really helps or solving the paper at home will suffice...
Practice it at home. No need to waste money in thousands when you can get the papers at Rs. 20 each.
For eam like condition, lock yourself for 2 hours in a room so that nobody can disturb you. Practicing CSAT requires discipline which no coaching can provide you.
Advantages of test series - You get to know where you stand compared to other aspirants and identity the areas for improvement. but keep in mind that most of the experienced candidates don't attend the test series, so don't use the ranks to predict selection in real exam. Just keep improving as much as you can. If you are in Delhi, then no need to attend, get the copy from market and solve it yourself. Then compare your performance with the help of some other rich friend who has joined the test series. If outside Delhi, then wait for some enlightened soul to upload the papers online. or you can also order the question papers from xerox centers in Delhi, all at once, during the last month before exam. Instead of wasting 10k, go for other online test series by sharing cost. Insight, gktoday are fine as far as first paper is concerned.
@sima123.....Thanks....yes I am having similar plans....probably best way out is to practice as much as we can...Missed out prelims by not a very big margin...so do not want to take any chaces...next year is my last attempt....
