Anyone had UPSC as a centre last time round? Someone suggested me not to carry a mobile since there is a HUGE queue to take it back after the exam. Or to keep it inside the bag since they allow you to take your bags inside and keep them outside the examination hall. He also suggested to take your own tififn and sit in the ground inside UPSC since the gap between the exams is only two hours and once you exit you will have to again stand in a long queue to get back in. So no point in making a dash towards Khan Market or any other place during the break.
