Neither entirely true, nor false. Hp is small state so less seats. That too notified every year. So hardly 4-5 HAS posts. Also exam has a HP knowledge section (which is equally difficult for all) So slight edge. But no. of outsiders do get through now and then. I think this pattern you will note everywhere.
i made it to interview in my first attempt when i was energetic n creative... i screwed my second attempt at mains by being anxious and desperate... i missed interview call I hope i learnt my lessons this time... i am more relaxed but as determined as ever... lets see what happens this time...
