Let me give my experience of preparing while on job, i gave my 2014 mains while working. I was posted in a new branch so i used to have considerable free time (Working hrs from 10 to 6). However, i failed to succeed despite putting good effort. I feel not only the time you get matters but also the focus with which you are able to prepare for mains also matters, i guess i was lacking the focus on my goal while working even after having ample time. Also, the talking you do in bank with customers takes a toll on you. I therefore decided to go on loss of pay this year for six months starting july and give a whole hearted attempt otherwise i could regret my whole life for not taking this calculated risk.

how is corporation bank for employees? I asked few POs they said pressure is less in comparison to other banks. Dont know how much is true. If you have some idea please throw insights.

yes medium banks are best like corp bank as they have no pressure of being no.1
hi guys...i have been working wid bob as manager legal at ahmedabad....i think specialist officer is much more a relaxed job than being a generalist....but nonetheless i find it difficult to manage time...work hours r pretty relaxed but the main issue is to keep urself motivated....this is my third attempt and have taken mains last year.....dis year i cudnt clear prelims so the motivation level has gone down a bit but i have been stdying since i joined here....but i really dunno wt will lead me to clear dis exam...

Feedback is welcome
Even in those 6 months u will realise that u will just get 2-3hours extra.
Better take leave for 1 month for pre and 2 month for main more than enough as u have already appeared one main
Hey...what optional did u took?..also did u went for coaching for optional or self-study?
