Do Prepare with Previous Year papers in mind. Pattern is usually not varied and is the only thing constant and Important considering they ask "anything under the sun" genre of GS. A person with command over Lucent GK with reasonable aptitude and writing skills is most likely to clear the written. The interview, however, is a completely different game. Best of Luck.
