Hmm.. I'm not sure if they are aware that the site is having problems. I have been postponing doing International Relations hoping that the site would be accessible (with hindsight this is a foolish thing on my part). I was ready to pardon their web mis-management skills due to their content. But apparently their web admin is sharing some dna with rip van winkle and making the the content irrelevant.
