    1. Start with the concept of equality. Aristotalian principles of equality, give a few examples of how equality is a dynamic, constantly evolving paradigm.

    2. Talk about equality as envisaged u/A 14 of the constitution. Elaborate upon right against discrimination (articles 15 and 16) which help achieve equality. Also mention the preambular principles of secularism, justice, equality and some provisions of the DPSP eg. Equal pay for equal work (u/A 39, I guess?).

    3. What is social harmony? What factors lead to social harmony? Importance of social harmony in the society.

    4. Relationship between equality and social harmony. Examples/instances of social harmony achieved through equal treatment by the state. Or disharmony caused due to unequal treatment of people.

    5. Elaborate upon the other factors needed for social harmony-- equity and benefit sharing, growth and development of the nation, safety and security of the people, etc.

    6. Wrap up by talking about the importance of social harmony in today's world. What all needs to be done to achieve this desirable end and how equality, along with other factors, can promote this noble task.

    Good luck!
