Yes It can be revised thrice provided your are doing full time preparation with study hour 15 hours+ but quiet difficult if you are reading everything fresh or first time means difficult for first timers/attempters.

I think revising once will be good enough. Focus should be on clarity of concept and ability to reproduce it on the paper. Complete once, revise once, and keep practising answer writing. Waise I am also a novice. Bol bachan to de diye, dekhti hu khud kitna kar pati hu.
