Strategy for sociology in 3 months

Hi all..
This is my first attempt in CSE . Now rather than being busy in cut-off speculation , I want to prepare sincerely for the mains exam. I have not yet started my sociology optional preparation.. However , I have done GS-I, half GS-II, half GS-III before prelims.. So I am left with remaining GS, paper-IV , essay and optional.

Now given the time constraint of only 3 months, I think I should plan accordingly so that I can efficiently utilize this.

Could some experienced players guide me how to prepare sociology in these 3-4 months.. I can't join coaching because I am a working professional.. Other links are available for sociology but I am asking how to proceed from scratch in time bound manner ? and what should be the strategy?

dnt have mahapatra notes. Studying IGNOU notes then i will go for haralambous and other standard books yet unknown to me.
