No postponement in my opinion . A good friend of mine who father is in Delhi police commisionerate says UPSC has requested for protection at examination centres on 24th of August
Whatever conclusions come out after the submission of the report irrespective of it the whole situation has time and again shown the inability of the govt. to handle the situation. Its just like playing with the future of all the aspirants be it pro csat or anti csat. ~X( :-w

The committee was formed to give an opinion on 9 questions of English comprehension carrying 22.5 marks. Since it was a court appointed committee, the Govt was left with no option but to wait for the committee report.
