Whether to study in day or night ?

edited July 2014 in Miscellaneous
hello everyone. i need another suggestion from members of this genious forum. I used to study during whole night as in day i have to do small works of home (not doin any job) and cant focus properly . So my question is that , will it effect my eyes and health if i study from 8 pm - 6am (with 5 min brk while changing subject) and go to running after that and take a sleep in morning around 8am -12pm .
As i have to study for long so dont want to take any risk of health. please suggest and provide your opinions.

    8 pm-6 am!!
I personally like early morning reading as our mind is fresh and grasping power is high. However the habit may be change from one person to another. You can study in your comfort zone at any time. But don't forget to take sleep of 6-7 hours.
  • 8 pm to 6 am with just 5 min. break while changing subjects? That is super-human :O
  • #andy133 bhai i mean to say 5 min ka break le leta hu beech me jb b over hone lagta hai.. lamba break focus khrab kr deta hai..

That's why I made exclamatory mark. 10 hours reading at a single stretch with few intervals of just 5 min. It's better to sleep between 11-5 or if you want to read late night then 2-8.30. But don't go for whole night.
