I don't think 10-c is correct. States havin population less than 20 lac may not constitute panchyats at intermediate level. However, panchayat system is provided.
  • Then which option is correct?
  • Then which option is correct?
    Would have gone for A.

No, the PRS is not there in Assam as well in BTAD. But it's there elsewhere in the state. Would that still keep A as the correct option?

14-C, very certain. Haven't you heard, 'calm at the eye of the storm'? The walls of the eye have spiraling winds, but the eye is clear and calm.

I think this is clever play of words . .. option (C) is the only possible correct option for Q.10 because all others are ruled out. If intermediate level panchayat is not constituted then will it be called a 3-tier panchayat system? If not, then I think with this logic this question can be marked right !

10th: I agree but then there is nor right option.
14th: Eye is not an area of lowest temp. but an area of lower pressure. In case of tropical cyclone ,eye has dense cloud cover.

Bro, President being head of executive can veto legislations .. like it happens in USA, so don;t you think both the statements are correct in Q. 2 ??
  • in the hurricane eye the sky is clear, temp higher relative to the wall and low pressure, unfortunately NO option has all these so take a guess. In q2 in presidential systems exec can veto thr legislature!!
