@khajoor.. According to that time table mains starts from 8th of nov.. Means one month extra from usual date so i thought it may be fake..
till date upsc has never changed the mains starting date (as far as i know) regarding 1 month delay, it may be due to any reason.....in 2010 the mains had begun on 29th Oct...
