hey, i stay in hyderabad where you can hardly find good professors for political science! i have recently purchased shubra ranjan mam's notes from a book shop and i found out that those were oct 2011 notes! is there any difference between present and past notes?? and how selectively should i study from it? since i m doing self study any guidance in approaching this optional is highly appreciated! thanks in advance!
