Both Sanctuary and national park(N.P) are meant to protect wildlife and it's environment. However in Sanctuary the people living inside are given certain rights like animal grazing etc are provided. Whereas in national park no rights permitted. Exploitation of forest resource in N.P require approval of national board of wildlife.

Biosphere reserve is amalgamation of N.Ps, sanctuaries, tiger reserves, protected forests etc.... It can have any or all of them within it. And Biosphere reserve emphasize on conservation of overall biodiversity not some specific species/animals.

Someone correct me if I went wrong anywhere.
