Regarding the issue for which it was in news: I think issue was recent hike in interest of NRIs to visit India due to increasing opportunities. By OCI, they can come India anytime without need of visa and stay in India as long as they want. For India, it will be helpful as India needs investment badly.
I also think I am beating around the bush. Please someone enlighten us on the issue.
