Ok here's some insider info which I had gotten some 3 days back but was waiting for final clearance!

    1. The members who have awarded above average marks to many - Kilemsungla, Vinay Mittal
    2. Highest number of below 100 marks awarded - Rajni Razdan
    3. Uniform distribution of marks across marking spectrum i.e marks awarded as per performance - David
    4. Neither below average nor above average marks to many - Amar and DK
    5. Below average marks to many - Chattar
    6. Just about average marks to many - Manbir
    7. Both very high marks and low marks - Alka and Rajni

Bhai log, what is going on here... In my comment I had mentioned the word "many".. For example, a simple reading point 4 suggests that - Neither below average nor above average marks to many and by no stretch u can imagine it as Neither below average nor above average marks to everyone. how can a board member give uniformly low marks to everyone who appears in front of them ?? In each and every board there will both toppers and those who couldnt get selected.. I assumed u guys can figure that out.. But here many are going into deep worry just bcoz they are not from the most preferable 3 boards.. Common people.

So it's assumed that all candidates interviewed by VM, KS &David are selected..
How did u make such an interpretation ?! L-)
well lemme tell u something, your interpretation is completely False!
  • @rookie : We (minus generous 3) don't want to be part of 'many'..we want to be amongst the exceptions :-S ;)
  • Think about the poor chaps who are going through this thread without having completed their interviews.
