I thought you were announcing a discount and that i'd been ripped since I joined recently after paying th full fee! Well, the discount is apparently only for people who've appeared thrice already or something. No discount for people giving their second attempt- or none was extended to me atleast! Well i don't know why do you say this because without sound practice it will become really difficult to answer all 25 questions succinctly and satisfactorily in allotted time.
bhai don't worry about him, he has a totally different conception of the exam and probably of himself too. I have taken one GS exam, it was quite good.
